-Shipping: Shipping is free for purchases over 10,000 yen, and a flat rate of 500 yen for all other purchases.

-Returns and ExchangesWe do not generally accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.
(We may be able to accommodate your request, but you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.)
If you receive a defective product, we will promptly exchange or refund it.
Under no circumstances will we accept returns on washed, worn or missing items.
